GPIO integration usable as a Trigger or an Action
Using OTDT on a Raspberry Pi for example, offers the opportunity to use wire statuses or measurements the simple way, which now could be integrated into OTDT very easily.
With this integration it is possible to even build technical Triggers and/or Actions for those devices using the GPIO.
For example you do have a button - acting as a actuator for a fluid dispenser - you could additionally build a circuit using ground (GND) and a special pin of the GPIO on a Raspberry Pi for example, to report every press on the dispenser to a central service.
