Use display screens to output data
With standard display connected via HDMI or E-Ink respectively E-Paper displays wired on SPI or similar interfaces informations and statuses of OTDT could be displayed to people around.
This could be a traffic light marking an area being accessible or not, calendar or occupancy data for resources and many, many more.
Using the ImageMagick library or appropriate libraries provided by the respective E-Ink or E-Paper display, the informations could be retrieved and processed by OTDT and then displayed on the connected display.
So you have the opportunity to display data where it is created and/or where it is needed.
